Henrico County retail property sells for $31M

A Baltimore-based actual property developer has bought The Row at GreenGate, a retail property within the Brief Pump space of Henrico County, for $31 million, Colliers Worldwide introduced Thursday.

The 100,000-square-foot property at 12151 W. Broad St. was purchased by DK Greengate LLC, an entity linked to Klein Enterprises, which will increase its holdings in Virginia to 13 property with the acquisition. Harrison Corridor and Peter Vick represented the vendor, GreenGate Business, and JLL represented the customer.

Anchored by Lidl, the buying heart is 94% leased and consists of Starbucks, Pure Barre, Purify, The Each day Kitchen & Bar and different companies as tenants. GreenGate is a multi-use, 75-acre group with 270 residential models and workplace area, close to the nook of West Broad Road and North Gayton Highway, a couple of mile from Brief Pump City Middle.

Klein will handle the property, and Colliers will proceed to deal with leasing. In Might, New York-based Almanac Realty Buyers dedicated as much as $200 million of capital in backing Klein’s growth within the mid-Atlantic area.
