ABU DHABI, Nov 1 (Reuters) – The world should act swiftly to spend money on oil to stop future power emergencies as international demand for the hydrocarbon grows in the long run, OPEC Secretary Normal Haitham Al Ghais mentioned on Tuesday.
“If we do not get it proper this time we’re sowing the seeds for future power crises – not only one, however a number of,” he instructed Reuters in an interview.
