Shock graduation held for St. Michael’s scholar in Eire

COLCHESTER, Vt. (WCAX) – There was a shock graduation ceremony Saturday for a Saint Michael’s School graduate from Brattleboro that crossed continents.

Lily Friesen was considered one of two grads who, as an alternative of strolling throughout the stage to graduate with the remainder of the category of 2023, are as an alternative in Eire on the ultimate educational research journey of their undergraduate careers.

School packed their caps and robes and stunned the scholars with the impromptu ceremony at their welcome dinner in Eire, with their households watching through zoom.

The 2 grads had no concept this was occurring.

Saint Michael’s School will have a good time its 116th graduation on the Ross Sports activities Middle Sunday.
