San Mateo County’s industrial market is among the many strongest within the Bay Space, with low emptiness charges and powerful leasing exercise, new studies from industrial actual property agency Colliers present.
Emptiness charges for mixed workplace, analysis and improvement and industrial area have been 6% on the shut of the primary half of the 12 months, throughout which rents climbed steadily, in response to the studies.
